Even though most people cannot see vibrational frequencies, we are all affected by them in some way. We also influence people and the environment around us with our own vibrational frequencies, even if we are unaware of it.
So what exactly is vibrational frequency and why is it so important?
In its essence, everything is energy, including me, you, everything around us, and everything we put into our bodies. People who have survived strokes that affected the left hemisphere of their brain say they saw no boundaries between themselves and the world around them, with everything consisting only of energy.
One important thing to keep in mind, though, is that energy is not constant. It changes over time and is affected by everything we experience; even our thoughts. As you know, the human body is over 60% water, and water transfers energy through its particles. We have a deep energetic connection to the world around us.
While you may not be able to see the vibrations (although some people do), you can FEEL them. Have you ever felt down after having a short chat with a gloomy, depressed person (sometimes you don’t even have to talk, and just being around someone like that gives you the same feeling)? Or maybe you’ve felt instantly stronger and happier just by being around someone cheerful and optimistic?
The same goes for objects and places: there are places where you feel uncomfortable and scared for no tangible reason. And there are places where you want to stay longer because you like being there. However, many things lower our vibrational frequencies, and food is one of the key factors to consider.
HOW CAN FOOD AFFECT OUR ENERGY?
Food is energy, and can have higher or lower vibrational frequencies, which affect our energy accordingly.
You may have noticed that consuming a particular food (like fresh produce) increases your energy levels, while other foods (like highly processed foods) leave you feeling down and drained. It often has to do with the amount of energy it takes for your digestive system to deal with the highly processed and dense foods, but there is certainly much more to it than that. If you are truly committed to raising your vibration, this is something to seriously think about.
You may have heard the expression, “You are what you eat.” When you consider the energetic component and how everything interacts on an energetic level, it all makes perfect sense. While there are certainly people who are very sensitive to vibrations and can feel or even see the vibration of food in some way, most of us do not possess such abilities. However, you will never know until you actually try.
The good news is that these skills can be developed over time. With practice, you can even improve your intuition and ability to sense the best path for you. Learning to listen to yourself and trust your feelings is a key component in the journey to higher vibrations. Sometimes, you just need to ask yourself - is this the right thing for me? Is this something my body wants and needs? Will it be good for my body and soul? The answer is always there, and you just have to listen.

WHAT IS A HIGH VIBRATION DIET?
As you may have already guessed, a high vibrational diet focuses on higher vibrational foods that can help raise our own vibrational frequencies. Most often, these are fresh, unprocessed, plant-based foods that are packed with vitamins and nutrients. Think of foods that don’t come in fancy, colorful packaging, but rather “as is.” The closer the food is to its natural state, the better. High vibrational foods also include powerful superfoods that are packed with antioxidants, minerals and vitamins, such as beets, dark leafy greens, avocados and garlic, etc.

Well, the short answer is - it depends. If it's highly processed food with lots of synthetic additives and harmful chemicals (there are plenty of them in stores around the world, with many considered largely "safe" to consume on a daily basis), I would say the only correct decision here is to not add that food to your grocery list or meal plan.
On the other hand, if you want to raise the vibrational frequency of the food you are preparing by using healthy, unprocessed ingredients, then you can influence the food in a positive or negative way. Just like our bodies, the food you prepare contains a certain energy, and as such, it can be influenced by your intentions, thoughts, and vibrations while you prepare it.
